Thank you for the most supremely perfect whale watching experience last Saturday! All five of us – two Aussies and three Germans – had the most magical day out on Freedom III with you and are still buzzing from the encounter! We loved every second – the boat, staff, food, and of course the wonderful whales were all A+++ and we honestly can’t thank you enough for this unforgettable day out from beautiful Hervey Bay! I will be recommending your charter to everyone I can back in Brisbane and can’t wait to go again – hopefully next year! You are all amazing and so lucky to have such a brilliant work life! Another brilliant day on Freedom111, always see something unexpected and made so much better by a great crew, food is awesome and onboard comfort is top class, maximum 45 passengers means everyone has a premium viewing position and is able to move anywhere on board easily in safety and comfort. Keith the Skipper goes above and beyond to make sure everyone on board gets the very best out of their time on the trip and see as many whales as possible, as close as the whales choose to come to the vessel, this was our 3rd trip and we will be back in July next year they say it’s even better early in the season!!!

Today *August 9 2012 we took our son and his family whalewatching. It was a fantastic experience on the Freedom 3.
It was the highlight of their trip to Oz so far.
The crew is rated 5 star and the supplied lunch/tea/coffee as well.

Oh! What a Day! Thanks for this beautiful experience. Your professionalism was equal to none. Food was amazing, such healthy fresh colourful selection. Excellent choice. Captain of the vessel was such a gentleman, he did all he could to make every person on board have the best day possible………above all his care and concern for our whales was a real credit to him….Freedom 3 team great work.

Great Whale Watching

I am happy that I choose this whale tour in Sep 2013. I was very satisfied. I am happy that we took this tour which is longer than the half-day tour as it gives you the possibility to go further and see more whales. We had whales for about 45 min directly up at the boat, they were actually swimming below our boat and coming up on the other side. The boat itself was full on our trip but still it was not crowded and people had enough space to watch the the whales.

Great Day, Great Service

Freedom Whale Watch was recommended to us by a friend and we were very satisfied with the day. The Freedom team were informative and made sure the day was fun. We liked the smaller boat which allowed for less cramped viewing of the whales. Food was good. Unfortunately my wife was quite seasick on the day however the crew were very caring of her condition. I would recommend Freedom to anyone anticipating a whale watching experience.

FANTASTIC!

What a day, perfect weather perfect crew and loads of whales including a southern right whale and 2 week old baby. We had a fantastic day, the food was great as was the company, both on the boat and in the water, you couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended, dont come to Hervey Bay and miss this trip of a lifetime. A big thank you to both Keith and Sue what a fantastic job you do.

Highly recommend this tour

My friends & I had a fabulous time aboard Freedom III. There was more than enough food for everyone on board. The boat was spacious with plenty of room inside & out depending on where you wanted to sit & didnt feel crowded due to the small number of people on board. Spending 6 hours on the water means you have more time with the whales. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone deciding to go whale watching in Hervey Bay.
